Description of site. Camping Pods - These are essentially wooden tents and are designed for 'Camping for the 21st century'. All you need to do is bring your sleeping bags, food, tea and coffee etc. Blow up mattresses, chairs, plates, cutlery, mugs, stove, cooking utensils and a table are provided. There is also light and heaters in the Pods and they are well insulated. And finally, no wet tents to take down at the end of the trip! What more could you ask? Family run site for touring caravans, camper vans and tents. Excellent situation between Oban and Fort William. Quarter of a mile from the main A828 road, a quiet site with magnificent views of surrounding hills. Choice of grass or hard standings. Good base for walking, climbing, cycling, mountain biking or general touring. Forest walks from the site. Several hotels in the area, one in walking distance. Stay 7 nights and get 8th night free. |

Directions to site: Approaching by the A82 take the A828 at Ballachulish bridge roundabout for 5 miles. Watch for Achindarroch road signs and site signs. Approaching from Oban, take the A828 over Connel Bridge for 20 miles and watch for signs. |
