MORE ABOUT US

I really want to thank you for the service that you have provided us over the past 18 months since we found your site. You have saved us countless hours of research and phone calls. This site now serves as the main factor in where we spend our holidays and has so far not let us down or disappointed us. To sum it up, this is without doubt the best reference source to find your ideal holiday site.

Many thanks Joe and Diane Carr. (Fife, Scotland)

Dear Pauline
I have just spent ages looking at your website and think it is absolutely fantastic. It is laid out in a most useful way and so easy to use. I will pass the website address to all my friends who go camping/caravanning as I’m sure it will be very helpful. It is definitely the best website I’ve found for looking at campsite both in the UK and Europe.
Well done.
Lynne Mayne, Sale, Cheshire

Hi what can I say. Fantastic. We are about to retire and buy our first tourer, we had no idea where we would be able to stay. Now after looking at this site we are so excited next year we plan to work our way right around England following the coast and I can plan when and where to stay. Thank you I have had a wonderful time just looking and searching your site. Very well done.

Absolutely a cracking site - no need to say anymore. Thanks
Ken Hunter

Hi, this is the best site guide I have ever seen. All I need to say is it's the best site by far for finding a caravan or camp site. Its so easy to use and with pictures as well, its magic to be able to see where you are going to be staying. We found a site in Norfolk that has taken our fancy and have booked a ten night stay. Thanks again, the Gent Family

Hi, Am I glad I found your website! It's so easy to use, and accurate. How do I know? .....I've just been to one of the sites listed, Trevitha Farm CL in Cornwall. Morning 10th July, viewed site on your WebPages, afternoon phoned site to book, morning 11th July arrived at CL . Site exactly as listed and the pictures didn't lie, What a gem, peaceful and secluded ....10 days of Heaven! Back home on 20th July, emailing you this morning 21st July. Towing a 6.30 metre caravan has always made me a bit hesitant of using small CL sites as you are unsure of what to expect from access etc. but now you have opened up a whole new world. Thank you. Something you may wish to include on the site info.....My dog, Sidney who likes his walks, has also given his four paw award to the site as he was also able to go swimming both in the river and at some beaches nearby as well as having loads of super walks. I hope a lot of CL sites start using this great opportunity to promote themselves along with the 'big boys' Cheers Lynne Walker, Devon

Having just acquired a second hand tent for a cheap holiday in Cornwall we were very pleasantly suprised to find such a very useful and informative site such as yours. Well, laid out and easy to find everything one should want. By the way I found your site just by doing a camping uk site search on AOL. WELL DONE. Wishing you every success. Les Chant

An excellent, easy to use site and so useful. I wish you both every success.
Regards, Bob Walters

What an absolute super way of presenting things, I do hope you have a success on your hands, you deserve it. I have put you in my favorites folder and will be using you a lot in future. You have hit the nail right on the head with your format. I hope the Caravan Club cl's latch on to your potential, it is just what they need.
Cheers for now Fred and Joan from Milton Keynes Village..

Thank you for producing a website which is easy and practical to use, we have now been able to view the campsites in the area where we want to go in a couple of hours instead of the whole day. It was always very difficult to find the sites on the internet, and now it has been made easier, we make it a policy to view the site on the internet before we book, it gives you an idea of the site layout and also you can determine things before you even pick up the phone (i.e. dogs welcome, showers, electric hook up) Good luck for the future and I hope it continues to prosper for you and the owners of the sites.
Many thanks, Ray Brown.

Hi
As a person that enjoys camping I just wanted to wish you luck with your website. I think any self respecting caravan/campsite owner should get their site onto your pages as soon as possible. Your site is fantastic. It is great to be able to look for somewhere to camp and to be able to see what the place is like before you turn up. I have previously used camp site guides to book pitches and often found that where they say the site is level there is a mad slope which is really bad for camping.I have bookmarked your page and will be checking back regularly when I am planning camping trips.
Keep up the good work on such a great website.
Kind regards.
Suzanne Jones

Dear Pauline,
Thank you for a great site, where I have spent a lot of time planning my trip to Scotland in the autumn. I have a question that I haven't been able to find the answer for, maybe you can help me, since you seem to be quite skilled in Camping Sites in Scotland - When do the sites normally close for winter? We're going in October, and wants to find the sites that are actually open in this months.
Kind Regards,

I visited your site tonight and found it very helpful, as we are planing our first camping holiday to sussex and found 3 perfect sites for what we want. Its nice to see the site before we go. I was looking for something and I found it. Thank you.

Hi There, I'm John Hartley the Chairman for Coventry District Association and I would like to thank you for the link. Excellent web site.
Once again many thanks

Just had a look at your website.
FANTASTIC!!!!!
What a good idea, already thought of booking into one of the sites. Nice to see the site before making a booking. I get requests from members all over the country, asking for a good C.L. in the Worcestershire area, I can now tell them to look at your website. Another point is our Rally Sec is always looking for new sites, with your website he can now do it from home . I will put a link on our website to yours, so our members can take advantage of this excellent information. I do hope it take's off for you, and I will keep an eye on it's progress.

If I can be of anymore help please contact me.

Worcestershire Centre Public Relations Officer.

Thank you for forwarding details of your site. It has the makings of a very informative tool for people who, like us, are often looking for somewhere different but don't always want to be committed to "proper" sites and the relevant costs involved.

Best of luck with your project.

Dear Gordon,

Thanks for the e-mail regarding your new web site. Its very good and informative, I will put a link to it from the Mid Anglia web site and look forward to seeing a Centre's page etc.

Yours,

Shaun Ellis, MA Webmaster.

I'll put a reciprocal link to your pages next time I do an update on the NLCC site.

To Gordon and Pauline
I visited your web site and I am sure that you are right to include pictures of the advertised site. At least it gives you an idea what a site looks like.

In my view a good web site is made up of three main elements.
1. It must have a friendly feel about it.
2. It must be easily navigated.
3. Good presentation of its products or service.

Your site has all three elements so I wish you luck in this venture.

As you know our site is mainly for members of Northumbrian D.A. Our area of The Camping and Caravanning Club.

Having said that we do have a links page and this is split into three categories.

1. Links to web sites of interest about Northumberland. (these links must be of interest to anyone who is visiting Northumberland and are seeking more information about our county)

2. Links to other D.A's and sections of the Camping and Caravanning Club.(These links enable our members to see what other sections and D.A's have planned for the coming year i.e. rallies etc)

3. Links to web sites that would be a benefit for our member's.(These links are for the likes of your web site, sites that would be a benefit to our members.)

All links are placed free of charge. I will insert a link to your web site at the earliest opportunity.
Best of Luck

Thanks for your email. Had a look at your sites. It is one I will certainly visit again and I will put a link to it on the NHDA site as I think our members would also benefit from visiting this site. Well done with your idea and good luck for future additions to it.

Hi
Thank you for sending the information on your camping sites, it will be most helpful to see pictures of sites before booking. I have forwarded it to other friends and members of West Sussex D.A

Many thanks
Linda Barden
Chairman W.S.D.A.

The Swift Owners Club (SOC) tends not to rally on large sites and of course
CC CL's and C&CC CS's cannot cater for our Rally needs, however, as your
site is complimentary in that SOC promotes the Club rather than the site, I
would be happy to add you to our Links page. After all, we sometimes need
to pick sites for our own individual reasons at times.
