Description of site - Calamankey is a traditional working sheep farm with a caravan & camping site holiday centre near Falmouth at the base of the Lizard. It is set in open countryside with views across rolling hills to St Mawes and the Roseland Peninsula beyond. Established in 1946 the site is ideally suited for family holidays. The farm keeps two flocks of Westcountry sheep, Llamas, guanacos, horses, working sheep dogs and some poultry which are of constant interest to children staying on holiday. The campsite is set in a large, two acre, gently sloping meadow overlooking open countryside. It is licenced for 45 tents and 15 motor caravans/ campervans. Dogs are allowed on site but must be kept under control at all times. We now can offer a 10% discount to those who pre-book their holiday stay on the campsite. If you wish to book a static caravan then please ring me to confirm the booking fee and availability.
