Directions to site: If approaching on A30 turn off at Frandon services/Grampound Road, Laddock A3058. Turn right and continue for 2 miles to staggered crossroads, turn left. Continue through St Stephens keeping on the same road for 1.8 miles. When you come into High Street turn right towards Hay and the site is the first house on the left. |
