Description of site. Wheal Rose Camping and Caravan Park is a beautiful, level, 6 acre site in a secluded valley, set in central Cornwall, England. Surrounded by Cornish lanes and with the Portreath Tramroad running parallel to the site, it is a haven for walkers and cyclists. Spotlessly clean toilets/showers, laundry, games room and play area. Situated just 2 miles from the lovely sandy beach of Porthtowan and 6 miles from the city of Truro. Centrally located for all of West Cornwall's attractions. Free facilities are showers, awnings, children under 4 and pets. The site is run by the Reynolds family who live on site and they do their best to make it a welcome, clean and safe short or long holiday venue for you and your family. Rallies Welcome. |
