Description of site. Wheal Rose Camping and Caravan Park is a beautiful, level, 6 acre site in a secluded valley, set in central Cornwall, England. Surrounded by Cornish lanes and with the Portreath Tramroad running parallel to the site, it is a haven for walkers and cyclists. Spotlessly clean toilets/showers, laundry, games room and play area. Situated just 2 miles from the lovely sandy beach of Porthtowan and 6 miles from the city of Truro. Centrally located for all of West Cornwall's attractions. Free facilities are showers, awnings, children under 5, pup tents and pets. The site is run by the Reynolds family who live on site and they do their best to make it a welcome, clean and safe short or long holiday venue for you and your family. Rallies Welcome. |
