Newly opened in 2008, Widemouth fields stands in a fantastic location surrounded by the cream of Cornish countryside, yet just a mile from the waters edge of the golden sands of Widemouth Bay, a surfers paradise!! There are 360 degree views from all pitches on the site. Every motorhome and caravan pitch is hardstanding with grass area for awning, full electrics, superpitches with individual water and drainage are available. Superb facilities with new amenity blocks featuring showers, toliets, bathrooms, laundry, wash up areas as well as baby change etc.. Reception incorporates a well stocked convenience store and "breakfast" cafe as well as full tourist information for all those places of interest easily reached. Large children's play area and pets welcome with adjacent fields for "walkies". NEW - No charge for pets!! - Minibus service to Widemouth Bay and Bude, NEW - Electric Tent Pitches

Directions to site:

From the coast road or A39 Atlantic Highway.... Exit M5 at J27 (Barnstaple). Follow A361 until roundabout for Barnstaple. Take A39 for Bideford/Bude. Stay on A39 at Stratton past Bude for approximately 3 miles, sign and layby on left, go into layby and take 2nd entrance.

Shortest... Exit M5 at J31, A30 for Okehampton. Exit A30 for A386 Bude. Turn left for A3079 and head for Holsworthy, turn right on A3072 for Bude and go across mini roundabout and straight on to A39 at Stratton. Turn left and continue for approximately 3 miles, sign and layby on left. Go into layby and take 2nd entrance

Slightly longer but wider Roads... Exit M5, A30 for Okehampton straight on past signs for Bude. Exit A30 approximately 5 miles past Launceston signed North Cornwall A395. Turn right at roundabout and follow North Cornwall sign to Hallworthy, take turn for BUDE and continue to A39, turn right for approximately 12 miles sign indicating layby and entrance on right. Pull into layby and take 1st entrance.
