There are many beautiful walks that you can start from right outside the Quiet Site and numerous activities and attractions a very short drive away. The site is in an ideal position for touring both the North and South Lakes by car. |

Directions to site: Travelling from M6 Junction40 - Take A66 signposted KESWICK for 1 mile and then take the A592 signposted ULLSWATER for 4 miles. Turn right when you see the lake in front of you, still on the A592, signposted Windermere. After approximately 1 mile, you will see the Brackenrigg Inn on your right hand side, there is a road to the right directly after the Inn. Drive up here for 1.5 miles. Then you will see THE QUIET SITE on the right hand side. Turn right and book in at the shop. |
