Just opened in August 2006. - If you want a quiet rural location with excellent views across the Solway Plain to the fells then this is the Park for you. The Park is located at our second farm at the end of a 1/3 mile track. The only sounds are from grazing animals and wildlife. There are a number of public footpaths, one of which will take you to Hadrian's Wall. This is also an ideal site for exploring the Lake District and Scottish Borders. We are only 6 miles from the City of Carlisle and local towns which provide all the services you will need.

Directions from North/South and West - Leave M6 at J44 taking the A689 marked 'Hexham'. After 1 mile turn left marked 'Scaleby'. After 3 miles you will pass Scaleby Church on your left, then Turn left marked 'Smithfield'. At T junction turn right onto the A6071. The entrance to the Caravan Park is 300m on the right. Proceed down the track and the Park is straight ahead.

Directions from the East - Turn right onto the A6071 marked 'Brampton, Longtown'. Continue into Brampton and turn right marked 'Longtown A6071'. After 5 miles take the 1st turn marked 'Scaleby, Carlisle'. After 2 miles turn right marked 'Smithfield'. At T junction turn right onto the A6071. The entrance to the Caravan Park is 300yds on the right. Proceed down the track and the Park is straight ahead. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS NO LEFT TURN FROM A6071
