Description of site.

Just opened in August 2006. - If you want a quiet rural location with excellent views across the Solway Plain to the fells then this is the Park for you. The Park is located at our second farm at the end of a 1/3 mile track. The only sounds are from grazing animals and wildlife. There are a number of public footpaths, one of which will take you to Hadrian's Wall. This is also an ideal site for exploring the Lake District and Scottish Borders. We are only 6 miles from the City of Carlisle and local towns which provide all the services you will need.

We have an all new wide entrance to make it easy for the biggest caravan and the less experienced driver.
Satnav reference CA6 4JY brings you straight to our entrance.

Directions from North, South and West - Leave M6 at J44 taking the A689 marked 'Hexham'. After 1 mile turn left marked 'Scaleby'. After 3 miles you will pass Scaleby Church on your left, then Turn left marked 'Smithfield'. Travel along this road for 400yds then the entrance to the caravan park is clearly marked on the right.

Directions from the East - Turn right onto the A6071 marked 'Brampton, Longtown'. Continue into Brampton and turn right marked 'Longtown A6071'. After 5 miles turn LEFT at the SECOND sign marked “Scaleby”. You will notice a Caravan Club CL at this junction. Travel along this road for 300yds then the entrance to the caravan park is clearly marked on the left.
