This lovely, intimate park has direct access onto Challaborough Blue Flag beach and is set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

New accommodation on 21 of our parks.

Sid and Lizzie and their Star Landers Club have been introduced to all parks.

We have also improved facilities across our parks including refurbished bars and swimming pools.

Onsite Facilities - Indoor pool complex with Splish Splash activities, Entertainment venue with nightly entertainment, Kids’ clubs with Sid and Lizzie for 4 – 10 year olds, Freestyle teen club for 10-15 year olds, Bar and newly refurbished restaurant, Gym, Indoor soft play area, Outdoor play areas, Surf hire shop, Scuba Diving Centre, Boat Park, Amusements and much more!

Offsite Facilities - You can explore sea life at the National Marine Aquarium, or go underground and see the prehistoric caves at Kents Cavern. Visit market towns such as Kingsbridge for all your shopping needs, or go to Pennywell Farm and Wildlife Centre to get closer to nature.

Directions to site:

Follow the M4/M5 to Exeter and then the A38 signposted Torquay/Plymouth. Follow the A38 until signs for A3121 for Ermington and Modbury. At Ermington take the A379 towards Modbury and Kingsbridge. Take right signposted B3392 towards St. Anns Chapel and Challaborough. At St. Anns Chapel turn sharp right at the Old Chapel Inn towards Challaborough Bay. Follow the signs to Challaborough all the way to the sea front.
