Description of site. In an area of outstanding natural beauty (designated a county wildlife site in 2005) on part of the Heritage Trail and Jurassic Coast, ideally situated between Seaton (2 miles) and the picturesque fishing village of Beer (1 mile). Nestling in a valley, only 10 minutes level walk to nearest beach. Very popular for those who like tranquility but near facilities. Good for dog owners, fields and woods adjacent. Three public footpaths on farm. Caravan Club members only on the CL. Rallies and Scout Groups welcomed. Site available for non-members with limited availability hook-ups. New field for tents, 2 man tents only. Toilet cabin on site, basic but clean (please note - no showers yet). Directions to site: From Lyme Regis A3052 (Lyme Regis to Exeter road) turn off at Tower Garage down Seaton Down Hill (signpost "Welcome to Seaton). Go down hill, slow down when road flattens out. There is a direction arrow in the middle of the road. Turn right into Marlpit Lane, then bear right into Bunts Lane. (Take care - sharp bend). Carry on up hill, then down hill. The turning to Couchill Farm is the first right at the bottom (wooden sign). Route from Exeter direction - Turn at signpost to Beer on the B3174. Lay-by on left (DO NOT GO DOWN STEEP HILL TO BEER VILLAGE) fork left. For CL carry on past Beer Football Club. Watch - sharp bends - You'll come to a junction, turn left towards Seaton (signpost on verge on left Couchill Farm Caravan Site. Left turn past cottages - you're there!
