Description of site. We are delighted to welcome you to Bagwell Farm Touring Park. With so much to offer and so much to see and do, we are certain that you will enjoy your stay with us - at anytime throughout the year. Weymouth, just 4.5 miles to the east, is the main resort with clean sandy beaches and a thriving fishing harbour. By night there are a wide variety of pubs and restaurants to enjoy as well as leading entertainers performing at the Pavilion Theatre. Further east lie many secluded coves including the most famous, Lulworth Cove. To the west, following the coastal path running parallel to Chesil Beach, lies Abbotsbury with its ancient Tithe Barn and Swannery. Inland the rolling hills and outstanding beauty of the area is the essence of Dorset. With the widest possible range of indoor and outdoor attractions, the choice is yours - whatever the weather. In the mini-market located opposite reception, we stock more than just the essentials, including fresh bread, milk and newspapers daily as well as wines and beers. Dogs with responsible owners are always welcome. Whilst we ask that dogs be kept on leads, we provide a dog toilet area and dog walks. There's plenty of space for all types of family activities - Children's Play Area, Farmyard Pets Corner and Games Room. Rallies Welcome. |

Directions to site: From the Dorchester ring-road follow signs to Weymouth along the A354. At the outskirts of Weymouth follow signs for Bridport and the B3157. Having passed by the village of Chickerell, Bagwell Farm Touring Park will be found on the left after 2 miles. The Park is clearly sign-posted and has direct access from the B3157. |
