Situated just one mile from the Heritage coast and South West Coastal Path. There is good sea fishing at West Bexington. Nearby is Abbotsbury with swannery and subtropical gardens. Directions to site: From London area take the M3 to M27 to A31 towards Dorchester. At Bere Regis take the A35 towards Dorchester. Use the A35 to bypass Dorchester towards Bridport. 2 miles after Winterbourne Abbas, where the road turns into dual carriageway, turn left downhill towards Litton Cheney, turn right at bottom of hill into Litton Cheney. When out of village take the second left turn to Puncknowle. If travelling from Bridport or Weymouth, take the B3157 coast road and turn off at Swyre. |
