Newlands is a family run park located in the picturesque World Heritage village of Charmouth with just a short stroll to the beach and the famous fossil rich Jurassic Coast. 3 miles from the beautiful seaside town of Lyme Regis on the Dorset/Devon border. Set in 23 acres of landscaped grounds the park offers a range of luxury accommodation and modern facilities for tents and tourers.

With a host of local attractions wonderful coast path walks plus an excellent local bus service families and couples will find our five star holiday park the perfect place to spend some quality time whatever the season.

From Bristol M5: Exit at J25 Taunton A358 to Chard, Axminster then A35 to Charmouth. Continue on A35 signed Dorchester (bypassing Charmouth village), then take next turning right to Charmouth. Newlands is 50 yards on the left.

From London M3: Join M27 then A31 to Ringwood. A35 to Wimborne, Dorchester, Bridport. Chideock, Morcombelake, then left to Charmouth. Newlands is 50 yards on the left.
