Description of site - Gosfield Lake Resort; the 36 acre lake and surrounding countryside combine to create a natural beauty spot. Facilities include; Camping and caravanning with purpose built toilet/shower block. On site fishing no longer available. Other activities include a waterski and wakeboard school. A cafe and large lakeside picnic field. Day visitors welcome for entry fee of £10 per car.

Directions to Site - From M11 take junction 8 (Stansted Airport) follow A120 towards Braintree/Colchester. At Braintree take A131 towards Sudbury/Halstead. At High Garett traffic lights turn left into Gosfield. At Kings Head Pub turn left into church Road. Entrance is 200yds past church on right.
