If you have digital photographs email them to us in .jpg format preferably. Remember to put your name and address in the email. Please try not send large .bmp files over the email, try to reduce their size to under 500kb before sending. Most standard image formats can be accepted except those from specific software programs. Most software will allow you to save an image in .jpg or .bmp formats. Tip - Windows comes with 'Paint' usually under the Programs/Accessories tab, you can often use this program to reduce the size of your pictures by clicking 'Image' tab and selecting 'Stretch/Skew' and reduce the horizontal and vertical stretch, then use the 'File' and 'Save As' tab to rename and save your new version of the picture (this preserves your original picture before you altered it).
