Description of site. Situated in the heart of Normandie 45 minutes from the coast and 90 minutes from Paris, the Camping Municipal benefits from a privileged geographical situation and from quality links: rail SNCF Paris to Cherbourg, main roads (A28, RN 138 and N13). We welcome you from May to Septmber. Set out on 1 hectare the campsite has 50 pitches marked out by hedges and equipped with hookups. You will find a luxury toilet block (with disabled facilities) offering: hot water, showers, toilets, sinks, dishwashing, washing machine and dryer. For your enjoyment, we have available a versatile room (TV, board games, drinks machine), table tennis for indoor and outdoor use, boules court, playground for the children. Animals are allowed without extra charge. Motorhome service point, fully equipped mobile homes for weekend or weekly hire for 4 to 6 persons. Around the campsite, a sports complex allows you to access numerous facilities: tennis, swimming pool, stadium. Four signposted footpaths offer choice and three of them lead into town, also a 12 kilometre 'Green Way' through the countryside. Nearby you will discover the charm of Bernay, town of 3 flowers, endowed with a variety of architecture. In a radius of 5 kilometres you can find various outdoor leisure facilities such as horse riding, flying fishing etc. |
