Black Rock Sands is a well established touring and camping park situated behind the dunes of Black Rock Beach. 3 Star rated and retaining the David Bellamy Gold Conservation Award for work done protecting the flora, fauna, rock face and immediate surrounding area. Sprawling sandy beach, with entrance from the site, that is ideal for bathing, boating and water sports. Good beachcast fishing, excellent base for touring the Snowdonia National Park. There are many varied attractions in the local area. Rallies Welcome. |

Directions to site: Enter Porthmadog main street, turn up the road beside Woolworths. Continue on that road for 3 miles, through the village of Morfa Bychan, until just before the yellow and black barrier denoting vehicular entrance to beach. Turn right and Black Rock Sands is 150 yards along on the left. |
