Description of site.

Eisteddfa is set in an idyllic area for you to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing, camping or caravan holiday. The park is set within 23 acres in a very scenic resort, with spectacular views overlooking Cardigan Bay as well as panoramic mountain views, with many amenities to suit everyone, (beaches, mountains, pony trekking, lakes, fishing, slate caverns, FFestiniog Railway, Welsh Highland Railway, Portmeirion, sailing, etc., etc.) all within easy reach. You can also visit the birthplace of David Lloyd George and explore his life in LLanystumdwy. There are plenty of public footpaths surrounding the park for the fit and adventurous. Criccieth is only 1.5 miles away, which is just a 15 minute walk to the centre, with shops, post office, public houses, restaurants, petrol station, beaches and cafes. Criccieth Castle is always worth a visit, as the views around the bay are breathtaking. Also you cannot visit Criccieth without tasting the famous Cadwalladers ice cream. Porthmadog is 3.5 miles away, which is a larger town with 3 supermarkets and a Friday market. Public bus stops are just outside the site entrance. We also accept Rallies during the quieter times.

From Porthmadog 3.5 miles on A497 towards Criccieth, through Pentrefelin, take first right after after Plas Gwyn Nursing Home, follow road to left.
From Criccieth 1.5 miles towards Porthmadog on A497 take first left immediately after 40mph speed sign and follow to left.
