Dornoch Firth Caravan Park is situated on the A9, midway between the Highland's oldest Royal Burgh of Tain and the town of Dornoch, now made famous by Madonna. You can relax in the pleasant surroundings of this well-run family park, which enjoys open views of the Dornoch Firth with picturesque coastal and rural scenery. The countryside around Tain and Dornoch offers a wide variety of sporting and leisure activities nearby. There are numerous beaches at Dornoch, Nigg, Shandwick, Ballingtore and also at Portmahomack where windsurfing and water skiing can be enjoyed. The headland at Tarbat Ness, where the lighthouse stands, has excellent coastal scenery.

Directions to site:

Take A9 north from Inverness through the Black Isle along the Cromarty Coast bypassing the town of Tain to Meikle Ferry roundabout, take the first major exit signposted A836 Dornoch Firth Scenic Route, then first right Meikle Ferry South, the caravan park is easily spotted.
