Situated in the country 5 miles from Skegness surrounded by fields, The Chequers Inn is believed to be the oldest inn in Lincolnshire and is a listed building on the banks of the River Lymn. There are 3 fishing lakes within walking distance of the site. Entertainment on Friday nights, A La Carte restaurant plus pub restaurant, Sunday carvery (best in area), Bank Holiday fun days. Kids welcome, come and see the Shetland ponies and rabbits. Two 6 berth caravans for rent.

Directions to site:

From the A52 towards Skegness, take the turning for Croft (Church Lane). Turn left (Croft Road) at the end turn right into Croft Lane. Follow along and turn right just before pub.

For tourers turn left into Church Lane and proceed to Croft centre. At war memorial turn left into Wash Dyke Lane. To the end and turn left into Croft Lane and turn in past pub on left.
