The vibrant market town of Abergavenny is within two miles. An ideal area for walkers, of all abilities, and mountain bikers to enjoy the stunning scenery. There is a wealth of castles and historical sites to explore. Fishing tickets are available for the River Usk and the Brecon and Monmouthshire Canal is only 15 minutes away. Directions to site: Take the A40 Brecon Road from Abergavenny. The site is 1.5 miles from Nevill Hall Hospital on the left, 50 yards past a telephone box. From Brecon - take the A40 east. Pass through Crickhowell village, proceed approximately 5 miles and the site is on the right hand side. |
