Description of site. A grass camping/caravan site of half an acre on a 10 acre site in the country with a number of ponds and lakes to add to the tranquillity. The site is screened, quiet and locked at night. Local amenities nearby, well located for a variety of tourist attractions with easy access to north Norfolk coast. No children under 10 due to the deep water dangers. Other fishing can be arranged nearby. 5 grass pitches adjacent to Heron Pool, the island can be seen on the left of the picture (top right). The pitches are sheltered by the embankment to the right where the electric hookups can bee seen equally spaced along the base. Each pitch area is approximately 100 square metres. Top left picture is the main lake which is pleaseant for evening walks but is not available for campers to fish. |

Directions to site: From Kings Lynn take the A47 towards Norwich. On entering the village of East Winch turn left opposite the church. Head towards the village of Gayton. Go past the RSPCA hospital and keep the private airfield on your right. After 1 mile 'Home Farm' will be seen on the right, 0.3 miles past the farm on the left is our entrance, Grasslands. |
