Description of site. The Chequers Inn Caravan Site is situated behind the Hotel and Restaurant. The site has approximately forty static caravans but none for hire. Touring Caravans have their own area each with electric hookup and water tap. The countryside around is beautiful, making it ideal for walkers and nature lovers. We are very close to Fountains Abbey, Brimham Rocks, Patelely Bridge and the Yorkshire dales made famous by James Herriott and recently by the Calendar Girls. The Inn is fully licenced and serves meals lunchtime and evening so when you arrive there is no need to drink and drive. We do not allow small children therefore the site is quite at night except for the wild life Owls and Birds etc. |

Directions to site: From Harrogate take the A61 towards Ripon for approximately 4 miles. At Ripley turn left on the B6165 towards Pateley Bridge, after a quarter of a mile take the right turn signposted CHEQUERS, continue along this road and you will find the CHEQUERS 300 yards past the Drovers Inn on your left. |
