Vine Farm Arboretum set in the beautiful Chew Valley of North Somerset. Our unique Adults only 5 van CL site with fully serviced pitches is located within the Arboretum giving you wonderful views of our collection of Trees and Shrubs now totalling 1300 from 444 Species and Cultivars. We open at Easter when you will be greeted with over 30,000 Daffodils lining the driveway to the site and are also planted around many of the Trees. As we go into May and June you will be greeted by Magnolias, Camellias, Rhododendrons, and Azaleas. Then the conifers take over with their beautiful new delicate foliage and cones then the Gardens will be full of colour until we close at the end of October with a grand finale of Autumn colour supplied mainly by over 100 Japanese Maples and other species of Maples from around the World and our collection of Deciduous Trees. Places of interest include; National Trust, Tyntesfield Victorian Estate House and Landscaped Gardens 3 miles. Bristol 7 miles, Weston-Super-Mare 10 miles, Cheddar Gorge 10 miles, Bath 15 miles, Wells 15 miles. Old Hill Lane is part of the Avon and Somerset Cycle way taking you through the beautiful Chew Valley countryside and remote villages. Trout Fishing at Chew Valley Lakes and Barrow Reservoirs. 2 Golf courses 2 miles. Walking and Bird watching. Advanced bookings required with £10.00 deposit to secure your booking. Travelling south on the A38 from Bristol about 7 miles turn left signposted Felton.. Winford.. Chew Magna. Go past the George and Dragon Public House take next turn right into Old Hill Lane we are on the left.
