Description of site. Set on a 156 acre working organic dairy farm, with wonderful views of the Dove Valley. The site has hard standings for 5 caravans, with hook for electricity and adjacent water. Paddock area for tents. There is also water and chemical toilet disposal, together with a shower and toilet for camper's use. Coarse fishing available on farm. Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be supervised at all times. The nearby villages of Marchington and Draycott in the Clay have Post Office/Shop with fresh bread and milk available. Butchers shop also close by, for all your requirements for the Barbecue! Locally there are plenty of country pubs and eating places to suit all tastes. |

Directions to site: From the A50 take the A515 towards Lichfield. Ignore all signs to Marchington, until you have left Draycott-in-the-Clay. At six roads end, signposted for Burton to the left, take the right turn to Marchington. (Fourth turning to Marchington since leaving the A50). Continue along this road (Forest Road), bear right at the finger signpost and down a steep hill through the wood (Marchington Cliff). The Farm drive is on the left immediately past Cliff Cottage. |
