Description of site. Situated next to the Orwell Country Park and the river Orwell estuary, Orwell Meadows leisure Park is family run with friendly and helpful staff. Ideally located approximately 1 hour from the M25, only 5 minutes from the A14 close to Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe. Facilities include modern shower block, reception, small shop (selling day to day items, freshly baked French bread and gas) bar, restaurant, family room with pool table and television, swimming and toddlers pools, small play area. Live weekend entertainment in peak season (limited bar opening times during quieter periods, please enquire when booking). The touring pitches are flat, well drained and most offer 16 amp electric hook up. A small number of static holiday homes are available for hire, units are also for sale. Rallies Welcome.

Directions to site: Travelling east along the A14 Ipswich by pass take the first exit (Nacton Exit) after the Orwell Bridge, at the roundabout take the first exit left and in 300 yards turn left following the signs for Orwell Country Park.
