Bewl Water

Description of site.

Cedar Gables is a small site with good facilities. Surrounded on three sides by trees. There is a footpath to Bewl Water (bottom right picture) which is ideal for walking, cycling, fishing and sailing. Situated on the Kent and Sussex border we are close to many National Trust properties. We are within easy reach of Tunbridge Wells and Hastings. We try to run a quiet site, this is not the place for you if you are planning noisy, late night get togethers.

Onsite Facilities - 5 Tourers/Motorhomes, (2 Hard standing), up to 30 Tents, 12 Hookups, Toilets, Showers, Chemical Disposal Point, Dish-washing, Pets Allowed by Appointment, Children's Play Area, Barbecue, Rallies Welcome. Footpath to Bewl Water.

Offsite Facilities - Gas 2m, Bar/Pub 1m, Restaurant 200yds, Takeaway Food 200yds, Laundrette 5m, Indoor Heated Pool 10m, Outdoor Heated Pool 10m, Fishing 0.5m, Golf Course 2m, Horse Riding 2m, Water Sports 2m, Sandy Beach 20m, Not Sandy Beach 18m.

Directions to site:

On the A21 midway between Lamberhurst and Flimwell.

Travelling south - 2 miles south of Lamberhurst on the right hand side 100 yards after the Little Chef restaurant.

Travelling north - 2 miles north of Flimwell on the left hand side just before the Little Chef restaurant.
