Description of site - Nestled in a secluded valley and set within 80 acres of stunning South Devon countryside, Cofton Holidays is an award winning, family run holiday park. Choose from our selection of stunning holiday homes, cottages, or apartments. Cofton is the ideal base from which you can explore all the delights Devon has to offer. We're just 12 miles from the regional capital, Exeter, and a short stroll from the Blue Flag beach at Dawlish Warren. Of course, there's much more to Devon than sandy beaches and rolling hills, we're conveniently situated so you can enjoy the many marvellous attractions we have on our doorstep. With a regular bus service and train station nearby, why not leave the car at home and enjoy a traffic free holiday?

Touring Pitches - We offer first-class pitches set in the breath-taking Devon countryside. Whether you are bringing a caravan or motorhome our variety of grass, hard standing, super, and RV pitches are sure to delight. Choose to wake up to magnificent views from one of the Super Pitches located on top of the hill overlooking our stunning site. If you love fishing, why not book onto a hard-standing pitch within touching distance of our lakes.

Pitch Perfect Camping - We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our shower and toilet blocks. We keep them heated in the winter months to help keep your feet warm! Have you packed everything but the kitchen sink, and somehow still forgotten something? A trip to our well-stocked onsite shop will fix that. Stocking everything from locally sourced bacon and sausages, freshly baked baguettes or even a delicious croissant to start the day off! We also offer a full range of camping essentials from tent pegs to camping stoves.

Fabulous Facilities Rain or Shine - You're welcome to join us all year round, and with our indoor leisure complex we're well prepared for the occasional downpour of 'liquid sunshine'. Splash and swim to your hearts content in our warming indoor pool where you can unwind on our hydrotherapy bubble loungers or let the little ones soak up the splash pad play area. This is adjoined by our fitness suite comprising of a sauna, steam room, and gym. If you're all about the dry-life, you can relax with a slice of homemade cake and steamy coffee in our café area, alongside a children's soft play area. Amelia's Pantry is much more than a holiday park café, whether you're here only for a slice or a mouth-watering meal, you'll be impressed by our locally-sourced food and drink.

The Swan Inn is our best kept secret. With the look and feel of a traditional country inn you can wile away the afternoon playing board games, in cosy surroundings, enjoying a pint of the local brew! Your pet pooch is welcome too, the bar tender can't wait to meet them!

It wouldn't be a British seaside break without a visit to the amusements - so fill up a pot with change and get playing! In addition to the traditional penny pushers and arcade machines, we have some awesome new games and family favourites - including air hockey and bowlingo... Game on!

We have five well-stocked lakes with fish species including carp, tench, roach, bream and perch. with level access, disabled parking by the gate and family-friendly platforms, we've made our coarse fishing lakes easily accessible for all.

Throughout the school holidays we arrange for numerous awesome activities to take place. Once the day is done we invite you into the Warren Retreat entertainment venue for an evening of fun and games with our hosting team and special guest acts. Have you met Digby the Dinosaur? He's normally causing chaos around Cofton, but he can't wait to say hello to his new friends! Devon on your Doorstep - Cofton Holidays is a handy distance from J30 of the M5, meaning you have all the must-see Devon attractions at your feet. We're a stone's throw from stunning sections of the South West Coast Path, in addition to the National Cycle Route which provides both unparalleled views and flat, traffic-free access up the River Exe towards Exeter and beyond. Hop on the Starcross Ferry and explore Exmouth and the Jurassic Coast.

Cofton is a dog's delight - We love welcoming your four-legged friends to our site! With rolling hills, sandy shorelines, and plenty of green fields, Devon is a haven for walkies. In addition to our dedicated dog walking field we can recommend plenty of local walks.

As mentioned, The Swan Inn is our dog friendly country pub. There's dog blankets and treats so the whole family can relax in comfort!

Directions to Site - By car - It's easy to reach Cofton by car. Leave the M5 motorway at junction 30. Take the A379 signposted Dawlish and after about 30 minutes, having passed through Kenton, Starcross and the small harbour village of Cockwood, the Park is half a mile on the left.

The nearest train stations are Starcross, Dawlish Warren and Dawlish. From there you will be able to catch a bus which passes our entrance. For further advise on public transport please contact our reception team who will be happy to advise you on your best option..
