Description of site - One of the most beautiful settings in Dumfries and Galloway for a truly magnificent caravan park. The park is set around the Castle in secluded private woodlands. The site has it’s own nine hole golf course surrounded by the River Annan, famous for it’s salmon and sea trout fishing. The site itself has room for 100 touring vans (80 hook ups) and 60 tents(20 hook ups). It is 5 minutes from the motorway and 25 minutes from Gretna Green, the famous marriage center on the Border. The site is ideally suited for exploring Cumbria, The Lake district and South West Scotland. There is a very welcoming Bar and Restaurant within the Castle itself, along with very clean and modern washing and toilet facilities.

Directions to Site - Take junction 19 off the A74(M) at Ecclefechan. At the roundabout, turn left into the village and turn right at the Church on the B725 (Dalton) road. At Hoddom Bridge 2 miles along the road you will find the entrance (signposted from the roundabout).
