Description of site - Set in Carmarthenshire, South Wales, multi-award winning River View Touring Park is a beautiful location for a peaceful break and visiting the wonderful beaches, mountains and many attractions of the area.
Keith and Kath have transformed the park into a 5 Star Visit Wales touring site and they strive to make everyone’s stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. The park has three separate meadows, River Meadow is Adult only and Oakwoods is a family field with an area for recreation.
The park has 60 well spaced pitches and welcomes caravans, tents and motorhomes. All pitches have free WiFi, electrical hook-ups and many are all-weather or serviced pitches.
Nestled amidst glorious countryside, the park offers an opportunity for a tranquil woodland walk and guests with dogs can enjoy the ancient hay meadow that is specially designed for walking their faithful friends.
The toilet/shower block has won awards, including a Gold rating for ‘Loo of the Year’ and ‘Best Baby Changing Facilities in Wales’. There is excellent disabled access and the toilet block has under floor heating and an eco-friendly water heating system. The park’s environmental awareness has been rewarded with the David Bellamy Conservation Gold Award for 7 years running.
There is a small shop on-site that offers basic essentials and local produce.
The numerous birds and animals that visit the site make it a nature lover’s paradise, you may even glimpse an Otter or Kingfisher. Keen anglers can partake in a spot of trout fishing on site in the river Gwili.
Onsite Facilities - 60 well spaced touring pitches including 44 all weather pitches and 10 of these are service pitches. 14 tent pitches, 60 electric hook ups, Modern 5 star toilet/shower block, Chemical Disposal point, Dish-washing facilities, Motorhome service point, Free WiFi, Gas sold, Recycling point, Small shop, Pets are allowed, Dog walk.

Directions to Site - Exit the M4 at junction 49. Take the A483 signposted to Llandeilo. Take the first turning left into Lon y Felin, (after the layby). Continue down the lane (300 yards) until you reach River View Touring Park on the left. If you get to the river you have gone too far!
Satellite Navigation Warning – if approaching from the West DO NOT turn off the A48 – continue to the roundabout at Pont Abraham. If approaching the site via this roundabout, M4 junction 49, please note that some sat. nav. systems count the service station as two exits not one.
